Cancellation refund Policy:-
Any order can be canceled within 8 hours after placement or before it is packed. In this situation the full amount will be refunded to the customer, but after 8 hours, the order cannot be cancelled.
If the order has been packed or sent for delivery within 8 hours after placement, then the customer will have to pay the packaging fee or transportation fee or both.
If, after an attempt by the courier company, the courier is not delivered due to incomplete customer address or due to not contact with the customer, the order will be considered as delivered at our end and if the customer wants to re-get the same order, customer has to pay transportation charges again.
If the customer asks for the refund of the money in the above situation, then customer will have to pay a penalty of 100 rupees in addition to the packaging and transportation charges.
Refund Policy:-
In the situation of cancellation of any order within 8 hours after placement or before it is packed, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.
If any order is cancelled because there is no availability of any ordered product, then the full amount of that product will be returned to the customer.
If any order is not delivered to customer within 45 days, the full amount (except shipping cost) of the order will be returned to the customer. Shipping cost will be subtracted from the total refundable amount. This rule will be applicable for domestic orders only.
If the customer refuses to accept delivery of the order for some reason then no money will be returned to customer against this order. If the customer wants to re-process the same order, customer have to pay transportation charges again.
